Timothy Gray

Director

Tim originally trained as a primary school teacher, however found that he had a passion for working with more marginalised youth and community groups.  He then went on to work in outreach housing and youth work, more specifically focusing on OOHC. Tim has extensive experience and understanding of the complexities of this field from front line work, case management and program management. During this time Tim completed several certificates and diplomas in case management, program management and leadership to further his skills.

More recently Tim has moved to work in a refugee resettlement, managing a team in the first new regional resettlement location in NSW in over a decade.

In all these positions, Tim uses a key set of management skills involving staff management, conflict mediation, risk and critical incident management. In conjunction with these internal skills, Tim also works complex and expansive community relationship portfolios. All these skills are woven into a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to getting the best out of all relationships.
